Anti-CD3e molecule antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CD3E in humans. The CD3e molecule protein has a reported amino acid length of 207 and an expected mass of 23.1 kDa. The protein may also be known as CD3 antigen, epsilon polypeptide, CD3 epsilon, IMD18, T3E, TCRE, and T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
