I use this for all of my western blotting. It nicely reduces the sample for loading. The 5x concentration allows for increased protein loading too.

I used this nearly every time I run a western blot, which is daily. It shows you where your sample is running and reduces it to unfold proteins. We aliquot the multiple mLs into 100ul for faster thawing for use.
