Hyperion Imaging system
This antibody was used as memory marker allowing us to identify memory T cells on FFPE slice. We coupled this antibody with 172Yb metal since it was used for Imaging Mass Cytometry. Signal was acquired using a Hyperion imaging system. This antibody was titrated and used at 0.5µg/ml (final concentration) overnight at 4°C. This clone can also be used for cytof staining.
