I use this for western blot detection. It is more expensive than other ECL reagents, but the price is worth it. My peers expose their blots for 3 minutes and I expose mine for 10 seconds. It is perfect for the impatient scientist (me) or precious samples with low protein.

I use this for all of my western blot band detection and I get bands within seconds. One kit can last longer if you use only 1 ml at a time.
