I am performing CRISPR-Cas9 experiments on B cells and I have compared KO efficiency with and without this reagent that is supposed to increase KO efficiency.

This product helps to get a better KO efficiency which is very important for genetic edition. As shown on the picture, without Electroporation Enhancer I have 34% KO cells and with Electroporation Enhancer, I can reach almost 60% KO cells.

This is a must use in CRISPR-Cas9 experiments, especially using HDR template because it has been demonstrated that KO efficiency massively impacts HDR efficiency.
