We are an immunotherapy focused group with an interest in CD8 T-cells and their TCRs. For our experimental purposes, we routinely isolate naïve T-cells from healthy blood donors. This antibody is used in our panel to determine the naive population purity after isolation.

This is a great a CD45RO antibody, with APC providing a very bright signal. The antibody is well priced to begin with and little amounts of the antibody are required.
