Used this to make ACSS2-knockout MCF10a cells - easy transfection protocol with high efficiency of transfection.

Use alongside 1ug of DNA
Followed the manufacturer's instructions to transfect cells with 1ug DNA to generate knockout cells. Very good transfection efficiency and simple to use. Left the transfection for 48 hours.
Simple protocol.
Very expensive product.
Would buy again to make any future knockout cells.
