WT1 is expressed in the renal progenitors during kidney development. In the adult, WT1 is expressed exclusively by a specific renal population, the podocytes. This antibody allows to follow the expression of this protein in both human and mouse renal tissue by immuno-staining.

Results Summary

This antibody gives excellent results in both embryonic and adult renal paraffin embedded samples. The specificity is maintained using different epitopes unmasking protocols (different pH solutions, PK treatment, high pressure...).It works in both human biopsies or mouse tissues.
