We used this kit for cell viability microplate assay using various cell lines and expression conditions. We got consistent and reproducible results.
Cell viability assay
Mammalian cells in a 96 wells plate, treat with 10 uL of solution from the assay kit, incubate for 4 hrs at 37 deg C
Incubation time should be optimized for each cell line.
We measured the absorbance at 460 nm upon incubation. Values were consistent in replicates. It's better than a conventional MTT assay.
