We used this solution to visualize actin filaments in fixed mammalian cells using a confocal microscope.
Actin labelling and imaging
Fixed mammalian cells (COS7, HeLa) treated with 1x phalloidin stain in PBS with 1% BSA for 30 min.
Optimize the incubation time.
We observed very clear and bright actin filaments upon staining the cells. Background noise was very minimal. Overall it's a very good product to label and visualize actin filaments in cells.
