Sample

PLP fixed 14 μm cryosection of mouse kidney from a 10 week old C57BL/6J mouse, infected with C. albicans

Primary Incubation

1:200 (from a stock of 0.2 mg/ml) overnight at room temperature

Blocking Agent

1% BSA, 0.3% Triton X, 2% mouse serum, 2% rat serum, 2% donkey serum

Secondary Incubation

Detection

Images were acquired using an inverted Zeiss LSM780 confocal microscope with an 20x 0.8NA air objective.
