I had been looking for a good anti-rabbit anti-cul3 antibody when I found this. I use this to detect CUL3 on cancer cells and gives good bands.

This antibody gives good bands but I do have to load more than 30ug for the bands to be visible. I use fluorescent method of detection, mayeb if you use HRP it will work better.

Not a lot of CUL-3 antibodies out there. I liked this one the most out of all I tested. Gives consistent bands even though I have to add a little more protein.
