Common IHC-P protocol was used, specifically, the antibody dilution was 1:100 and it was incubated O/N with the tissue at 4 degrees. For optimal results, try to quench the auto fluorescence signal. The antibody labels cytoplasmic and membrane ALK-1 receptor.

Weak signal when used in lower concentrations.
It detects the receptor, in contrast to many other antibodies for the same protein.
