According to the datasheet, this antibody is supposed to detect between 21-28 kDa. We detected bands around 23 kDa. Bands are consistent, although they are not clean and may form some smears in the membranes. The antibody (diluted in BSA/TBS) can be reused several times when kept at 4ºC.
