I used this antibody to identify mouse bone marrow NK cells. The antibody gave a clear and bright signal to distinguish the small population of NK cells from the other cells in the sample.

The antibody gave a very clear and bright signal. It was quite easy to gate the NK cells in the sample even though they were relatively rare. There was minimal bleed into other channels.
