I used these beads when I have multi-color antibodies for flow cytometry experiments. I have been using these beads for more than 6 years. It can absorb antibodies very well and works really good for single color compensation controls.

Need to vortex very well before use. You don't need to use one drop per sample. I usually use 5-10 uL for each antibody.
The beads can be stained with antibodies of different origins. I have tested in mice and human antibodies. Positive and negative populations can be identified very well which can be used for compensation for multi-colors.
