The goal of this research is to evaluate NADP, NADPH in mouse derived macrophages. We seed cells in 96-well plate and used this kit to detect NADP, NADPH and their ration. This kit worked well for mice primary cells.

We are able to detect NADP, NADPH and their ratio in mice derived macrophage cells. The signal is good.

This is a nice kit for NADP and NADPH measurement. Easy to use, would buy again.
