We knocked out a member of the JAK protein family in two head and neck cancer cell lines, and we wanted to determine if there were any changes in total Ku80 levels in the JAK knockout cell lines. We tested potential changes in Ku80 levels in the presence and absence of radiation treatment at several different timepoints.
