FcεRI is one of the high-affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin E. It is a tetrameric receptor complex that binds Fc portion of the ε heavy chain of IgE. It is highly expressed on mast cells and basophils and is inducible in eosinophils. FcεRI controls the production of important immune mediators and promote inflammation. The most known mediator is histamine, which results in heat, swelling, pain, redness and loss of function. Here we checked the time course effect of FcεRI expression by chemoattractant.
