These compensation beads are a good alternative to other produces because they react with antibodies from a wide range of hosts including hamster, mouse, human, and others. The beads contain a positive population that will bind the antibody and demonstrate a bright peak, and a negative population that will not bind any antibody to use as a negative peak. This product also has improved performance in the far violet channels compared to other versions.
