Excellent HIF-1a Antibody

I used this antibody with the aim to study neurodegenerative disorders genesis in vitro. My sample were SHSY5Y cells induced with amyloid beta 42. I used a dilution 1:1000 in 5% BSA and a secondary antibody diluted 1:5000 for 2 hours. Predicted molecular weight was accurate and quality of Western Blot bands was very high. I definitely recommend the product and the conditions suggested by the vendor.
