I used this antibody with the aim to evaluate mitochondria biogenesis pathway in A549 and MRC5 cells. I diluted this antibody at a concentration 1:1000 in Non-Fat Dry Milk 5%. Predicted molecular weight was accurate and my Western Blots analysis result in a very specific and clean band. Highly recommended.
