Antibody is strong and specific in all my cells tested in WB (MRC5, SHSY5Y, A549, primary mouse CD8+ T cells). I used at a dilution 1:1000 in 5% BSA with 2h of secondary 1:5000. Predicted molecular weight is accurate but bands are blurry, not very clean. I recommend a lower concentration of primary antibody, followed by 1 hour of secondary. Overall recommended.
