Very clean band after diluting 1:1000 in 5% BSA/TBST 1x. I used this antibody with the aim to evaluate mitophagy in SHSY5Y cells after amyloid beta 42 treatment for 24 hours. Predicted molecular weight was correct. Used at 1:1000 dilution in 5% BSA. Secondary at 1:5000 for 2h. I analyzed results on a nitrocellulose membrane: bands are well-detected, specific and clean. I am satisfied and warmly recommend it.
