Mouse Lymph nodes, spleen
Block: 1:50 in 100uL at 37C for 30 min
Fc Block (aCD16/32)
L/D: Zombie NIR 1:4000 in 100 uL at RT for 20 min
Surface stain: 1:500 in 100uL at 4C for 30 min
Spectral flow cytometry (Cytek Aurora)
This antibody weakly stains monocytes well enough to identify Ly6G+ cells, but not well enough to get a high dynamic range of expression. Ok for general immune cell population studies, but not for targeted study of Ly6G.
