Results Summary

Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing PE-Cy5 Mouse Anti-Human CD107a with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. This antibody allowed good staining of CD107a on agonist-stimulated platelets.
