Results Summary

Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing PE/Cyanine7 anti-human CD63 Antibody with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. PE/Cyanine7 anti-human CD63 Antibody allowed clear resolution of activated/degranulated platelets.
