Spectral flow cytometry (Cytek Aurora)
Consistent good staining of EpCAM+ migratory DC subsets and thymic epithelial cells. While negative and positive populations aren't completely separated with some intermediate levels of staining, gating on positive cells is still relatively clean.
Reliable staining of epithelial cells and migratory DC subsets.
Requires a UV laser but also available in other colors.
Great for spectral flow of immune cell populations.
