Block: 1:50 in 100uL at 37C for 30 min

L/D: Zombie NIR 1:4000 in 100 uL at RT for 20 min
Surface stain: 1:200 in 100uL at 4C for 30 min
Spectral flow cytometry (Cytek Aurora)
Good separation of naive T cells from activated T cells after pre-gating on CD3+ cells to remove non-T cells. Can also be used to further distinguish between central memory and effector memory cells with other markers. Very strong staining with minimal optimization needed for spectral flow cytometry.
Very strong signal, low non-specific staining.
Not available in many other colors.
A great antibody for studying T cell subsets.
