Good RBC Lysis and Fixation Reagent

Results Summary

This product was used to eliminate the red blood cells from each sample after staining and preserve the leukocytes. RBC lysis was complete as no red remained in the pellet following incubation and washing. The amount of debris remaining in the sample was acceptable as it did not interfere with any of the leukocyte populations. If desired, additional wash steps would likely further reduce debris presence.
