Spectral flow cytometry (Cytek aurora)
This antibody is great for identifying CD4+ helper T cells. Works well both in a dump channel to help remove T cells to purify myeloid lineages and as a primary marker to subset T cells further into regulatory and memory CD4 T cells.
A great T cell antibody at a reasonable price.
Somewhat high concentration required for staining.
Perfect for flow cytometry analysis of commonly studied immune populations.
