We selected this antibody to test for CD57 on NK cells, which is useful in the follow-up of patients with Lyme disease.

The results we got are encouraging. We can often see a good separation between negative and positive NK cells. Sometimes, the boundary is hazy but this may reflect the biology. Also, FITC is a dim fluorochrome, so maybe a brighter fluor will yield better separation.
Good separation. Reasonable price. ASR.
Need to use 20uL per test.
This is a good antibody, available at a reasonable price, and works without the need for extensive optimization.
