CD3, a typical T cell marker, is available in all colors and from all vendors! However, finding a good CD3 antibody is not always straightforward. Here, I show that this antibody is a winner, and it's easy to use and optimize.

The results show a very well-defined peak of CD3 positive T cells (green) in the lymphocyte (L) population (red). There is very good separation of the positive cells from the negatives. The mean fluorescence intensity is excellent, and this will give you a very good stain index (SI). It's really easy to optimize - 2-5uL of the antibody is good enough.
Easy to use. Strong signal. Good negative.
A little bit expensive.
For an easy to use CD3 antibody, read on the blue laser (Emission spectrum around 600nm), this antibody does the job.
