Summary

The Good

Easy to use with both protein A/G

The Bad

Tricky to optimize your IP protocol

The Bottom Line

This is a good magnetic bead that has both protein A/G so you can use multiple antibody types with your immunoprecipitation. I found that a wash buffer with tween does a better job of washing the beads. It is still a bit tricky to optimize your IP though. This product does have decently low background binding which is nice.
