Cells were activated with activation cocktail with BrefA for 4hr followed by 4% PFA fixation and permeabilization by buffer. Cells were stained with this antibody in perm buffer for 1hr at RT. The flow data showed a good positive population for IL-17F+ in CD45+CD3+CD4+ pregated samples.
