Characterizing WBC populations is important in most labs that study human blood cells. We needed a good CD8 antibody that would give us a good signal without affecting the other antibodies in our panel. This one did the job.

Results Summary

As shown in the flow plot, this antibody gave us a very nice positive signal on cytotoxic T cells (CD8+) with a huge stain index, and practically no non-specific signal on any of the other cells populations. This is perfect for identifying these cells unambiguously.
