Our lab studies the role of mTOR signaling in CD8 T cell differentiation and function. We routinely perform adoptive transfer experiments of donor transgenic T cells (CD45.1 or others) into different CD90.2/CD45.2 WT B6 congenic hosts. In order to analyze donor T cells, we use CD45.1 to distinguish host versus donor. This maker is pan immune marker too.
