Product Name:

MG132

Catalog Number:

474787

Info: Supplier Page

This sigma MG132 is a potent proteosome inhibitor used to reduce ubiquitin conjunction in proteins which mediates them for proteosomal degradation. This inhibitor is used to study short lived cytoplasmic proteins which are prone to proteosomal degradation. In cultured cells a final concentration of 2 micromolar this is enough to inhibit the proteasomal activity.
