This antibody is used to stain CD16/32 antigen on myeloid cell types including monocyte, neutrophil and mast cell types. It allows the analysis, isolation and purification of these cell types from mouse bone marrow using flow cytometry.

Antibody has high signal to noise ratio and can be used in flow cytometry to stain CD16/32 antigen on monocyte, neutrophil and mast cell types.Antibody can not be used for live cell imaging owing to conjugate dyes.Antibody can spill over into PE/CY7 and APC channels and need to be compensated accordingly.
