I am using this antibody as part of a panel looking at the expression levels, and changes in expression, of the trimeric high affinity IL-2 receptor on activated human T-cells, CAR T-cells, and tumour cells. Although activated T-cells upregulate all parts of the receptor, some tumour cells may have low basal expression of IL-2Ra and may take up some of the radiolabelled IL-2 we want to use to track T-cells in vivo

Results Summary

This is a really great, cheap (£68 for 100 tests) IL2-Ra antibody. A quick 10min staining gave great labelling with very low non-specific binding. Positively stained cells had great MFI which made it really easy to differentiate from negatively stained cells and the isotype control
