Sometimes our lab uses gapdh as our loading control depending on the circumstances of the experiment. GAPDH has always worked very well as a loading control and our results are always extremely bright. We titrate down the concentration of the antibody and it still works well.

Our western blot has never had trouble with loading control when we use this GAPDH antibody. It is consistently strong even when we reuse the antibody for multiple experiments and the bands are always consistent.
