For us, it was extremely difficult to see a good signal on cells harvested from mice that was infected with LCMV at the peak of infection. Although it wasn't a clear signal, I think that may just be a caveat of our cell population ex-vivo.
It does work well when done with other cell populations like Tils
Price is high
It works well for TILs in previous experiences but on our infection model it was difficult to see signal. Overall still works well for other models though.
