TIRF microscopy is performed using an Olympus IX81 motorized inverted microscope equipped with APO 60×/1.45 oil immersion objective, 445-, 514-, and 561-nm lasers, and respective emission filters. Fluorescent images of cells grown on glass-bottom dishes are collected every 5 s in a Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash4.0 camera using MetaMorph software.
