Results Summary

The CD44+ Population is barely distinguishable from the CD44- population when used at 1:200. Without my FMO control I wouldn't have been able to make the gate at all, it is not a distinct separate population. If you absolutely have to use this flurophore, I suggest including an isotype or FMO. Or better yet, switch to a different flurophore. This CD44 clone looks great in BV570 or BV650.

Summary

The Good

Biolegend shipping is really fast and they have a lot of options

The Bad

This flurophore isn't really usable for identifying CD44+ cells

The Bottom Line

Don't use this one, I'd get CD44 in a different Flurophore.
