I use this antibody to control the protein loading of my Western Blots. It works really well and always gives a clean signal. I use it in a 1:1000-1:2000 dilution.

Chemiluminescence Detection
The antibody is binding perfectly to the protein on the membrane. It works really well with PVDF- as well as NC-membranes. I can always see if the protein loading is equal or not. The antibody can used at least 3 times and delivers clear results.

I would recommend this antibody for loading control of Western Blots. Always worked fine for me. The price is also good.
