I am using the Gene Pulser Electroporation Cuvettes 0.2 cm gap from BIO-RAD for the routine electrotrasformation of plasmid DNA in our ongoing projects. I typically use almost 5-10 times a week. In comparison to other cuvette, BIO-RAD cuvettes is better and no sparking till 5ul of ligated reaction or hifi DNA assembly mixture.

We generated very high efficient trasformation efficiency.

Its expensive.
I highly recommend BIO-RAD cuvette for efficient electro-transformation.
