Endothelial cells were seeded in culture flask. After two days, cells were passaged. Cells were treated first with Trypsin/EDTA solution to dissociate the cells and then neutralized with Trypsin Neutralizer solution. The solution mixture was then centrifuged to pellet the cells. DMEM media is added to the cells and the cells are seeded in fresh culture flask.
