Our lab is interested in looking at effects of rapamycin in activated CD4 cells therefore on readout is the expression of CD62L. Since CD62L is downregulated upon activation, there is a distinct phenotype of CD62L expression even upon activation. Our lab is curious to look at this phenotype.

As seen in the image, upon activation the expression of CD62l Is downregulated. However when the Tcells are treated with rapamycin, the expression of CD62L goes up again. The antibody works very well to show distinct expression differences.
