Since our lab is curious about activated Tcells into lineage of memory, it is important for us to be able to gate out memory versus effector fate. Therefore this antibody works well when we do want to look at that specific population on flow.

Results Summary

Since we activate our cells in-vitro after isolating from whole splenocytes, most cells in culture will be activated. However, for cases where we can't activate cells invitro, this antibody works well for gating out the Tcells that are activated. This works well and is always reliable. Consistent through different batches also.
