Trypsin-EDTA solution
T4049-100ML

In order to detach these cells, you need to digest the their extracellular matrix using this trypsin solution as a protease enzyme. This ready made solution is added to cells after washing to detach them in to single cells.
Detaching solid cell lines from flasks or plastic wells
Adherant cell lines on plastic
Wash away culture media then wash 1x with appropriate volume of PBS before adding trypsin solution based on size of plastic. Incubate at 37 deg until cells are off. Quench reaction with media containing serum to prevent over digestion.
This solution nicely detaches the cells into single cells from the plastic.
